A space to encourage, empower and embrace every body
Working in collaboration with licensed therapists and facilitators, each workshop dives deep into discovering who you are and a reawakening of your beauty all while the visual empowerment photography coach brings to life the visual aspect of your journey. Whether it is an EmbodyMe session or a small group encouragement workshop, all events include a recording of your journey. Within each platform, the coach and trainer creates a space in which growth is encouraged, beauty is celebrated and love is embodied.

About Me
my friends call me jay
Struggling with my own issues of self-worth and self-love, I started this project to help others truly see the beautiful being they are today! Creating a safe space to discover or rediscover the strength within while celebrating your beauty both inside and out is the reason why I wanted to bring along my camera and create a visual product of your journey so that you can remember it forever.
